Sweetwater Spectrum Community

Landesign Construction & Maintenance, Inc. completed the landscape installation for Sweetwater Spectrum in Sonoma in 2013. Landesign was awarded the contract by GC, Midstate Construction Corp. The nearly 3 acre site is a national model of supportive housing for adults with autism. The site will be home to 16 adults and their staff. The design includes a community center, teaching kitchen, therapy pools, and an urban farm and greenhouse. The sustainable landscape consists of drought tolerant and low water use plants, shrubs, and grasses.
