Acacia Lane Senior Apartments

Landesign Construction & Maintenance, Inc. completed the landscape installation for developer PEP Housing's Acacia Lane Senior Apartments in June 2012. Landesign was awarded the contract by GC, Midstate Construction Corp. The East Santa Rosa development converted over 1 acre of bare land into an affordable senior living community. Landscape features include a small orchard, ADA accessible community planters and fully-landscaped, decomposed granite walkways.
