Landesign was hired to landscape this beautiful Tuscan style estate home located in the Bennett Valley area of Santa Rosa. The landscape architect, Peter Wurtz of Landesign Group, (www.landesigngroup.com) worked closely with the general contractor Tremblay Construction to design this project.

The grounds of this estate include three acres of beautifully landscaped areas designed with three waterfalls and two large ponds, surrounded by over 100 specimen trees and flower beds planted with seasonal color. The site also has an orchard, vegetable garden, a patio garden surrounding the pool, and bocce ball courts.

One of the challenges of this project was locating enough specimen trees and deer resistant plant material. Landesign was able to locate enough trees and plants through networking with several nurseries and plant brokers.

Landesign has continued to cultivate an ongoing relationship with the homeowner by providing exceptional landscape maintenance service.
